While you are the star of the show, your grad shoot location is the foundation that sets the tone of your photoshoot. Below I have compiled some landmark buildings and locations at UCSB to help you visualize your ideal grad shoot.
UCSB's Henley gate
You’ve definitely driven past the “entrance” to UC Santa Barbara. This massive arch is incredibly photogenic. The seal of the school and the beautiful blooming flowers nearby make it the most popular spot for grad pics.
The Arbor and The Library
This is the heart and soul of UCSB, at least in my experience. I can never forget the all-nighters at the lib or getting a snack at the arbor in between my classes. It also makes a great backdrop for graduation pictures.
Storke tower
Everyone knows it. You can't avoid it. Storke tower is an iconic UCSB landmark. Being the tallest structure in Santa Barbara County, its hard to neglect its association to the campus.
The beach
UCSB is blessed with so many beaches so close to campus. End your session with photos of on the sand. Either at Camino Pescadero or Campus point.
